Okay…this post is going to be short because I just finished dinner and I’m tired.
P90X Day 38: Chest/Shoulders/Biceps and ABX. I need to know when to use that pause button. Also, I’m out of whey protein, so recovery is going to be a challenge for the rest of this week.
iStore 4: 11:22 pace over four miles, although I slowed a bit trying to reach that exact four mile mark at the end. Sunday’s gonna be a good day, I reckon.
Finally getting Shipt to deliver some groceries this week. Got my dinner basics yesterday, made two dinners over the rest of the week. Note to self: not so much chicken breast in the chicken soup.
Also on P90X: Don’t necessarily need the protein bars. Only got a bite before the workout and I did alright.
