0445: Ehhh…I got a few minutes to get dressed.
0515: Nahhh…0545 (because it’s only a 45 minute workout)
0600: Okay, okay…5:30 after work.
0600-0800: The extra ha-time had me completely dragging ass. No pump, no sprit, bad mood…and to top to off, nothing resembling breakfast. Jus two cups of coffee with dairy creamer.
1720: Finishing up my telework log and I get a last minute query from my boss. No sweat.
1755: Finally finish up.

Lesson of the Day: ZERO FIVE HUNDRED MEANS ZERO FIVE HUNDRED! HALF MARATHON THIS SUNDAY…NO BIG DEAL!!!
Also, God alone knows how I made it through Cardio X on one meal today. Lunch was smokes sausage with vegetables and a bowl of berries, all washed down with Mio water and leftover coffee. But, no bonks or crashes today.

Still don’t know what my target heart rate is.
Still waiting for my email from the Marine Corps marathon organization on how to record my time for Sunday.
