Writing this an hour and ten minutes before my workout, so this will be a short one. Also, no SOTD because I don’t trust YouTube right now…
Last week was an easy week. I got in most of my runs, although I skipped the Wednesday run for no real apparent reason. I still had an excellent run on Sunday, although the jury is out on whether I can keep up that pace over 26 miles.
Sleeping in and doing the workouts in the afternoon/early evening was a nice change of pace. The weather was an issue only one day.
Overall health: I have this rash on my left arm that itches, and I have no idea how or why I got it. My right shoulder hurts when I try to push an extended range of motion. Patellas and knee muscles are okay right now, and I didn’t use the knee sleeves last week. No issues with the big toenails.
Planning on earlier reveilles on Wednesdays thru Fridays for the next few weeks: planning for six mile runs on Wednesdays and Fridays and intervals/circuit cycles on Thursdays. Looking to get everything done at or around 0600 so I can recover, eat breakfast and get to work in a timely manner.
